He is considered one of the greatest talents in Czech cycling. Martin is a versatile rider with potential for stage races, and is also competitive in various terrains, including hilly stages. In 2024, he participated in several important races, such as Tour de l'Avenir and Tour of Austria, where he gained valuable experience. He is a former Czech Republic champion in the junior road race (2022).
